About our team

Backing every project with over 20 years of building experience across Sydney, 528 Construction Pty Ltd brings dedicated craftsmanship, trusted expertise, and genuine family care to every home renovation.

Leadership built on experience

Jack Wu Senior serves as our master builder and chief designer, overseeing every project from initial concept through to final handover. With decades of hands-on knowledge in residential building and design, he ensures each renovation is planned meticulously, compliant with Australian standards, and executed with structural excellence.

In-house trades for seamless builds

Jack Wu Jr leads on the tools as our dedicated in-house plumber and carpenter. By keeping essential trades like plumbing, gas fitting, carpentry, and joinery directly on our team, we eliminate the need for unreliable subcontractors. This saves our clients valuable time, prevents frustrating site delays, and guarantees uncompromising quality across kitchen and bathroom renovations.

Respectful and tidy on site

We understand that a renovation happens inside your personal sanctuary. Our crew takes pride in arriving on time, maintaining open and transparent communication, and leaving your home spotless at the end of every working day. We make the entire building journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.

"Jack and the crew made our full bathroom and kitchen renovation completely seamless. Having their own plumber and carpenter on site every day meant zero delays, and the house was always tidy when they finished up."
